Performance Interpreting Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10684652). Our registered office is Onega House, 112 Main Road, Sidcup, DA14 6NE. We provide BSL and ISL interpreting services for live events across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Delivering our services (Contract)
To fulfil bookings, coordinate interpreters for your event and communicate with you about the services you've engaged us for.
Responding to enquiries (Legitimate interests)
To respond to contact form submissions, email enquiries and access requests from Deaf community members.
Interpreter recruitment and management (Contract / Legitimate interests)
To assess applications from interpreters, manage working relationships and maintain our interpreter pool.

Marketing communications (Consent or Legitimate interests)
To send you updates about our services where you have provided consent, or where we have a legitimate interest based on an existing business relationship. You can opt out at any time.

How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Enquiry and contact data: 2 years from last contact, unless a service relationship is established.
Client and service data: 7 years from the end of the service relationship, for legal and tax compliance.
Interpreter application data: 1 year if unsuccessful; for the duration of the working relationship plus 7 years if a working relationship is established.
Website analytics data: Up to 26 months, as aggregated or anonymised data where possible.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
With interpreters and production staff - where needed to deliver services you have engaged us for (e.g., sharing event details with the interpreter team).
With technology providers - cloud hosting, email, CRM and analytics tools used to operate our business, all bound by data processing agreements.

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
